It's time the seasons to start changing, and sometimes we do too. As great a time as the holidays can be for some, it may be painful for others. How are you all feeling?

@BlueMarshmallow I'm feeling pretty good so far. I am hoping that seasonal depression doesn't kick in this year like it did last year. Gotta make sure to get tons of sunlight. How are you feeling?

@heartfulHeart81 I think I'm in a good spot. It was extremely bad for me last year, so in comparison I'm much better, but I'm hoping to be even better this year.

I think seasons definitely influences my mood. Especially during winter, I usually become more and more inactive haha :)

fall gives me anxiety because winter gives me depression :( but I love the fall the temperature, the smell of that air, -my birthday-, Halloween, fireplaces, cozy blankets. I love everything about the fall except the anxiety that comes with it.

Started feeling bad Sept 10th. More low days than not since. Mood a little better last couple of days but the exhaustion is terrible. Bad headache today.
