Confession
I confessed my feelings to this girl and she told me not to wait for her but I am. Since then our friendship has been awkward. She changed how she talks, ignores a bunch of questions I ask. If I ask to hang out she just ignores it completely. I’m afraid that since I confessed to her our friendship is going to end and will no longer be in each other lives eventually. And it’s been making my depression even worse (She claims we are good friends as well)

Ah i know this feeling very well. My recommendation if u want to keep the friendship alive is to forget any romantic feeling u have for her, at least for a long time. Don't ask her to hang out alone, she may think you want to trick her into a date ask other friends to the meeting too (and if possible ask her last). Act normal, not too clingy, give her space and once she forgets you like her she'll act normal again. I wish you luck and I hope acting normal works
