These months i have been going through a different kind of depression i usually have: existential crisis depression. Everyone told me like im still young and ppl like me should be out there chasing their dreams instead of thinking of this but i just...can't. It has occur to me first when i was 11, and the only way i get it out of my mind is doing stuff i like, but that still doesnt 100% get it off.

Help.

@OwOkindasad

I feel that if you're stuck in an existential crisis the best thing to do would be to take a postive self-affirming action. Existentialists talk and talk about the importance of being. Of action and truth and making decisions in what is largely an absurd world that doesn't make sense. And that's the bigger problem when you notice that things get kind of absurd- if you start to think that any action is futile, your life becomes a punishment and any action you take seems meaningless.

It's why it's important to create meaning for yourself.
