Help I’m at dead end

I tried and asked for helped. I asked asked for some help all I keep getting is being on hold. I asked for help from my parents and never got it. I went to the doctors to ask about my mental health and I severe depression hit sent a lost a few therapist that were covers from my insurance. My parents won’t get an appointment and don’t believe in mental health. 9 years of feeling like this and 4 years looking for a therapist just with dead end of not affording and everyone ignoring me. I just don’t what to do. Please help I’m a minor and I just need help I tried asking and still get rejected from please please have any advice.

@Judith47 I'm so sorry you haven't received the help you need and deserve. Mental illness often goes ignored or unrecognized as a serious and dire condition, especially by those who don't believe it exists or who believe it's a "phase" or "funk". You are not alone. Please don't give up fighting for your health and happiness. Do you have a nurse, counselor or teacher at school that can help you speak with your parents and/or find support? Group therapy can be very helpful, especially when individual therapy might be unavailable.
