im in 3rd year, relying on social workers from school, I need profession help and advice, 9 years of being scared. 5 years since trust was lost. May be dramatic when saying this but days are numbered, I’m on double digits right now

The lack of adequate support for mental health is a tragedy.
There are mental hospitals, psychological associations, etc that provide support at no cost.
But those are difficult to find.
7 Cups can provide a huge lot of support if you participate actively in all it has to offer.
But it doesn't replace a therapy.
I wish you that you get the professional support you need and deserve, as soon as possible.
