I'm tired of feeling like this

When I am happy (which is very few times), people tell me that I am heavy or to stop a bit and when I do not feel well they tell me what is wrong with me and I am tired of that. Now I feel empty, no happiness. I'm tired and I don't know what to do.

@purpleZebra1875 same I am literally tired of life at this point. These days i have little to no energy left.
