So, this days been so hard to me I don’t know what to do, I need to consume medication but I’m so scared I’m trying so much but I don’t feel or see any change. Please say something nice.

Medication is scary at first, I absolutely understand! The fact that you are trying shows that you have the drive and strength required to get better. You are doing an amazing job.
