I’m scared to honestly do this I don’t believe in therapy but I want to try it out but I need someone who can be patient with me and know how to get stuff of out me and u will check on me daily and talk with me one on one!

I am so sorry that you are feeling scared but I understand how hard it is to open up to people you don't know. I too have struggled with this and still do at times.
