when my brother died of suicide 5 months ago... I couldn't believe it. Now all I feel is the reality of this situation. My brother meant so much to me. Idk what to do with myself anymore. I need help, but Idk how to ask for it.
What to do???

I understand that here it's easier to get support if you use 1-1 chat with listeners. I think anyone who suffered such a loss should seek a counsellor to be supported throughout grief.
