What's wrong with me
So basically I live in the Caribbean and for you to graduate you must do cxc (a series of exams) which I am going to do this year and I feel really afraid that I am going to fail. I have no idea what I want to do after secondary school and sometimes I feel like if I fail cxc this will be the end of my life. I am sad and I cry for no reasons these days just overthinking everything and, I just want to go back to that sweet little 14 year old that was so innocent and had to worry about nothing.😭😭😭😭🚶🏻♀️
@unknowncutie Hello there! ☺️
I understand how stressing this situation can be, I'm in a very similar scenario.
It's very important to remind yourself that you still very young, it's completely normal to don't have a clue of what to do, what to choose or how to react when life seems to close all the doors for you. This is part of the new phase of your life that you're entering and struggling at first is completely fine, soon you'll be better at it.
The discovering of what you're going to do can be at any moment of your life: now, 5 years ahead, 10 years ahead, so on... And even with the importance of the exam you're taking, and even if it has great ability to decide your chances, it definitely can't determine the end of your life. Do your best, and if you're not approved, there will be some way to proceed: try again or try another path. Remember, this is going to be very important now and in the future: there's always a way to move on, even if that way is a very narrow path, there always is.
I hope this can help you, and wish you the best. You can do it!
