My friends have been in need of emotional support too much lately and I jst cant take it anymore. Every f# second I have to be like, "Is everything okay?" "Want to talk?" and I jst... I can't anymore. I try very, very hard to help my friends with their problems but it seems thats all I ever do for them. We never have talks like ACTUAL friends would. No laughing, no joke flirting, no spill, and no fun... All I am is their therapist friend and I hate it. I wish I wasn't so naive all the time... I wish I had boundaries...

@4UBR3Y Hi I'm Celine :) I totally understand what you mean. I feel like I'm always listening to my friends' problems, and while I don't mind since I genuinely care for them, it can sometimes feel suffocating. If you can, maybe talk to them about this. They might not realize how you feel since they're wrapped up in their own problems. Try putting yourself in their shoes to understand where they're coming from, but at the end of the day, you need to communicate what you're feeling with your friends.

That sounds like it is really hard on you. What kinds of things do you do to care for yourself and try to manage it? What happens when you suggest fun things to do to the group?@4UBR3Y
