my drinking water situation is...

i can't bring myself to do dishes with my depression that causes me to have no energy. i also can't reach the cups on the top shelf. so ive been drinking out of old fast food cups??? i'm worried this will get me sick, so far it hasn't though. it's not something i want to continue doing if i'm being honest
