@zzz1234 hey! It's okay to feel weird about it. When i first got diagnosed i certainly felt like i was faking it. It was only realized later that i was actually suffering and lived a bad life. Depression is used as a term referring to sadness these days. So people often misuse it and that leads to the actual clinical depression losing its value, making the people who suffer from it wonder whether it's real or not. And also when people around us tend to criticize us, we tend to believe in the absurdity making ourselves believe that we are not suffering but acting. No one can fake actual depression. It makes lives miserable. I hope you understand that you are not faking and whatever you are feeling is real. Please take care though. It's not a easy journey but never an impossible one. Things will get better hopefullyy.

Lots of people feel weird about it. You aren't quite sure how you are supposed to feel and there are moments that are better than others. Those times make you feel like it is all wrong. But it isn't. I think healing starts when you realize that your journey is different than anyone else's and you find people to trust to talk to about it. @zzz1234
