ugh
Why is growing up so stressful. Might not get a diploma and I don't want a diploma. Don't know what to do. Might end up either homeless, living in parents house, or working at Mcdonalds
Hey, we can totally relate to you. Growing up can definitely be very stressful. The uncertainty and struggles make us see the real parts of life that we have to deal with everyday for the rest of our lives. Sometimes we also feel very alone in our thoughts and journey. I know these thoughts can be uncontrollable. What I personally do is to take one day at a time and try to give my best. We can't see our future but we can definitely improve our present so that we are at least working towards something. Taking some steps even if small. If we fail, we'll learn. We'll use that learning in something else. ✨
We can think of just something if not everything and try. One thing at a time. 🌻
Also, keeping a diary and listing the things that made you feel better in a day can be useful too. You can read it by the end of the month and see what you learned and what made you smile. Very often our brain forgets to register the good things. 🤍
I believe in you and we can do this.
There's this quote I really like -
"I am only one, but still I am one. I cannot do everything, but still I can do something; and because I cannot do everything, I will not refuse to do something that I can do."
- Helen Keller
