Confused

Hey Im Bill, I guess I have a weird case cuz I feel fine and then other times I'm really really low but I can sell get through the day and do stuff and I don't know how to deal with the real Low low's when they do hit because I don't know and I know this has affected my relationships with friends family work people and everything like that and it feels weird to talk about my feelings like this because I was always taught that being a man you cannot show emotions you cannot be sad you cannot be upset so yeah that's kind of where I'm coming from and bats the tip of the iceberg
