Failure

I am new to this, trying new things to see if they help.

I am from south africa, in the last three years I have moved to Ireland, been and third wheen in a emotionally manipulatve relationship between my sister and her husband. I was manipulated by him aswell as forced to let him do things to me . In december lasy year they jad a massive fight and i finally told my sister what had been happening. She is now geyri g seperated and divorced from him but they are still friends. After everything that happened i went back to south africa and came back to oreland on the 15th of jan to pack things. My sister is now seeing a new man and is going on as if nothing happend and i dont understand how. I am broken and feel like a failure and jave wasted three years of my life for nothing. Me and my sister were obce so close we were almost the same peoson and now i can see she dosnt even want me arround.

I don't know how to pick myself up and carry on from this.
