Ah, my name is Shay and I guess to find help in releasing the negative heavy feelings weighing me down. I'm just trying to figure out who I am, bc I lost myself by putting others before me. Now I don't know how to get back. I'm angry, numb and sad, bc I want someone like me to help me out and it turns out no ones coming.its up to me, but sometimes I think my demons might win.
