Hello, I'm not sure how this works or if people actually read this, but I'm just kind of looking for advice. I am a pretty introverted person. The only people in my life are my boyfriend, my mom, and my best friend that I pretty much only see once a week when we work together. I have depression and sometimes I take medication for this. When I'm with my boyfriend, he makes me really happy. The problem is when I'm by myself, I feel completely empty and worthless. I want to be able to learn how to be ok with myself. But I have no idea how to turn off years of self-hatred and just be alone.

The past is the past their is nothing u can do to change that. My first advice is try try to exercise just walking even helps. Can u go Alitalia bit deeper like is the reason u feel depressed is it because u always took care of him and u had a sense of worth and peace or? But keep your mind busy on other things don't just sit around it will be hard but your mind adapts to everything you are doing and makes it kinda like a schedule built in your mind and it will definitely help

I feel like you may have an unresolved issue maybe having to do with family in someway. It would benefit you to keep a journal and try to isolate when you feel bad and exactly why
