Hi Everyone, I’m obviously new to 7 cups & am here due to my diagnosis. I have ADHD, adjustment disorder, treatment resistant melancholic depression, anxiety, SAD (reverse, summer) & they’re wondering if I also have PMDD. I’m mainly here to find people who also suffer from any of these & want to learn how to cope. It’s been 5 years of hell… I want to climb out of this hopeless cave! Thanks for reading this, can’t wait to meet you.
