Hi I’m nadia and I’m struggling
Recently I just ended a 2 year relationship because I need to work on myself but I don’t know where to start. I’m struggling with co-dependence and I don’t know how to live without my other half. I’m just so lost and a part of me wants to go back but another part wants to grow as an individual. I people please so much and I put other people before myself

Its okay to put people before yourself, even better possibily. As long youre not insecure, because thats not good yknow. And its okay if you need alone time. Just dont cut off your lover conpletely. Because I feel like rhis isnt a scenario to be cutting someone off completly, unless if its that bad. But try to stay in touch ig? And you can start by identifying that problem. Like: "okay Im struggling with this." Now find a solution. "...now how will I fix this?" After you find a solution, now its how you'll get to the solution, because youre already the at the start (the problem) and now you just need to get to the finish line (solution). Try to find ways to get there, small things can help a lot no matter how small they are. And if you feel like youre ready to get back with your lover, then try again! But dont expect for them to say yes, not trying to bring you down, but you never know, yknow? I hope you can grow into a more refined you! All luck to you <3
