My depression came back strong after a few good months. I've gone back to hurting myself and am having certain thoughts about doing something more permanent which is why I started hurting myself again...to make them go away. I'm sorry if this upsets anyone, I just don't have anywhere else to go

My ex wife was a scorpion and she used to hurt helself...I stopped stopping her since everyone is their own masters of their bodies...if that was her thing so be it...
I am not a listener but if you want to elaborate on your own thread that you had created you can do that and explain what drove you to hurt yourself...
