Hi my name is Emma but nearly everyone calls me Em.
I have suffered with severe depression and anxiety for many years. I did have 20 years free from self harming and overdosing but recent issues in my life at the moment have made me fall back to them.
I feel as though I can't get though this at the moment without harming myself.
