Hi, I’m Luna and I’m 21. I’ve been to therapy before but I stopped because of Covid, since paying full price for a video talk didn’t seem fit to me. I thought I was getting better but the pandemic made everything worse once again and I don’t know what to do

Hey Luna, welcome to 7 Cups and to the Depression Support Sub-community, wonderful to have you here! Its understandable why you would stop the therapy because of Covid and it's definitely not good to know that things have got bad for you and it must be really hard for you to go through all of it another time. I hope you are able to seek the support you deserve here and you feel better soon
