Im new, im not sure where to when it comes to my depression, so much has happened its ridiculous, i suffer with anxiety to, it would be a long read if i typed it all out but in short, my life has changed in every way possible since September 2018
In better news, im 34, happily married with 4 children

If you "surf" the site you will find useful material and forums and discussions and threads and check-ups about depression and you will find many other people like us who suffer of this invisible affliction...
Warm hugs 🤗😊 and you are welcome to tell your story in your thread no matter how long it is, this is the purpose of threads in forums. You find a place where you best think your thread might fit as a subject and just write.
You are lucky you are not alone in fighting depression and that you have your family😊.
I hope time will come soon when you will shake off depression and anxiety🤗😊.
