Goodness Moss. You are on the right track even at 13, realizing that you need help. I began suffering from depression off and on when I was 11. Back then, I didn't tell anyone, and by the time I was reaching out...it was to all the wrong things and all the wrong places. I don't know you, but I have to say, I am proud of you for reaching out to at least one of the right places.
Hang in there. Things do get better.
