I don't know what to do! Everything is a mess, my mind is a mess. I am just tired , i just don't know, i am too tired, tired of putting up with my stupid self, my useless life. I am too tired to even talk, ask for help. can anyone here help?

That sucks to hear ConvivialFan. I'm not sure the help you want though I see that you asked for help. If you could clarify, it would be a good additional step towards some sort of help.
I hope things get better for you. I hope you find ways to have enough energy for each day.
