@Clairebear233 Hello, and welcome to 7 Cups! I am also feeling the seasonal depression at times, and am anxious for sunshine and warmer weather where I live. I hope that coming to 7 Cups provides some distraction, support, encouragement and good feelings. I know I feel better after chatting with a few folks!
