Introduction :)

Hi everyone, my name is Lauren and I'm new to 7 cups. I have mild-ish hereditary depression and I mostly struggle with lack of motivation/drive and just getting things done in general. I'm an aspiring psychologist so I understand a fair amount about my condition, but I'm really seeking help for best practices when it comes to depression.
