Hello I'm Tasha ,

like I said I'm new . Trying to figure out how this all works.

October 13 my husband and the father to our 2 kids passed away of COVID and pneumonia at 45 exactly one month before his birthday . I have always taken care of him as he was blind and had anxiety .I myself have OCD and anxiety our kids have some big mental health diagnosis as well .

my daughter's psychologist told me it would be really good for me to try this ,so here I am . If someone could point me in he right direction thank you

Stay strong lol.

My advice is to take every day as it comes.

Get help where you can.

And allow yourself to be sad..

My partner of our 2 kids may have cancer, and does have borderline , bipolar and PTSD.

Stay alive for your kids, bend , brake, cry, have bad days, we do..

Endure..

I am new here as well. Stay strong. Honestly, I don't know given the situation if I would have been as strong as you. While I have seen many stories on here so far tonight that I can relate to or that I myself have walked, this is not one of them. I am so sorry.

Keep holding on.

Hello Tasha,

I’m new here as well. Sending hugs and prayers your way. I think joining this site was a great step in the right direction. It’s so helpful to talk with people who understand your plight's.

Keep your head up and take it minute by minute.🧡
