New here but not to depression
Hi im bonnie, I've suffered from depression before and have been pretty good for the last 2 years but 2021 has hit me with a ton of bricks and I can feel myself sinking back into that hole. All the tools I learned to combat depression are not working. Just need friendly advice and maybe an encouraging word
