New member - long time sufferer
Hey everyone. I’m a 25 year old bisexual female. Currently living in the U.K. with my girlfriend and American Bully. I suffer from depression and anxiety. I’m currently going through a really low point and struggling to find support.

I am Celaeno, in my late 20s, I live in Poland. I cope with bipolar disorder, but mostly with depressive states.
I am sorry to hear that you are struggling. Depression can make you feel really, really terrible. Still, reaching out to this community is already a good step forward - I am proud of you that you are staying proactive and do your best in finding and creating your support group.

Thank you Celaeno. I am finding more support in this app each day. Poland is a beautiful country . I visited Krakow a couple of years ago.
