New today

Hello everyone. Found a general thread doing a Google search and here I am. I am 51 and have lived with depression and anxiety most of my life. As a Nurse Practitioner, I offer resources to others on the same thing....if they only knew that I sometimes have it worse than them. I have learned to put on a really 'good face' which is exhausting. I am so glad to have found this place as a resource for me, because for the past year things have been very tough for me and the family/closest people in my life can't help for a variety of reason.
