Parenting while depressed

I’ve been struggling so bad over the last few months and it just progressively gets worse. I feel so low but still have to muddle the strength to care for 3 small children with a deployed spouse, no family, no friends, for any type of support. I’m sick of feeling this way and constantly being sad / crying.
