Waiting for 'boom' time

Hi, there!
I can not tell my problem in forum sorry..
But the hint is,, something bad came closer. Just need to wait one year ahead and my life will be more challenging. I'm here preparing myself to facing that difficult embarrassing moment. But I believe there is something i can do to take me into better condition.

@HarapanBaru I'm sorry that you have this hanging over you. Sometimes the worry about something to come is harder to deal with than the actual event.
Though I don't know what it is you face, I hope you find tools here at 7 Cups to help you get stronger.
