hello, i am new

hello, im 24 years old and im new here. im not very good at engaging with forums and such but i felt like itd probably be good later down the line to try and talk to people who suffer from mental health related issues like i do. ive been diagnosed with ptsd, depression and anxiety, and im only just now attempting to take this mental health journey seriously.

im always open to listening to people who just want someone to vent to so feel free to contact me for something like that - i know how important it can be to talk to someone who will be unbiased and patient
