Hello there everybody. So, the thing is I've never been diagnosed with anorexia but there's a huge chance I am dealing with an eating disorder. I'm underweight and I have many of the symptoms. I've noticed that I'm too skinny and I'm getting sick everyday that goes by. I decided I want to end with this and I started eating by myself. I no longer feel guilt when I eat "forbidden" foods, but I binge and now I'm terrified of gaining weight. I gained a little bit and I'm starting to get uncomfortable and scared. What do I do?

@ivorySpring6814 Seek out a healthy diet plan, you will feel guilt if you go too much over or under, keeping you fit and healthy x

It can sometimes be the natural course of the an eating disorder...to go from undereating, to bingeing. Your body is trying to relearn how to regulate intake. It can be really scary and feel overwhelming. Often people will find themselves restricting in order to compensate for binges, but this only creates a cycle that leads to more bingeing. Try to stay focused on your true self goals (rather than weight goals)--if that is to be happy, to be confident, to be free of thoughts about food and weight..whatever that might be to you. You are on the path to health, believe it or not, even if it doesn't feel like it. Taking a step toward trying to get healthy is awesome. And, reaching out here for support is truly amazing! Keep coming back, keep us posted, and stay strong!

Hey guys! So, after the post I made, unfortunately, I restricted again, even if it was only a week. I started to eat again and now it's been a week since I began to eat normally! I'm still thinking about calories and feel certain guilt after eating but now I'm going to a therapist so it's going to help me.

I'm so glad that you are going to a therapist...try to be as honest as possible there, as you are here. It will get easier! You have to sometimes push through the hard part to get to the easier part....just don't give up! Keep us posted!
