Hello. I’ve been struggling with anorexia since I was around 18. (I’m 24 now). I was doing really well! Until recently when I weighed myself saw the number and nearly died. Now I’ve been hit with the anorexia train once more. I hate it. I’m so hungry but if I eat I start panicking about the calories and where it’ll end up on my body. I’m so tired of fighting this.

A good exercise you could do is to never weight yourself, because then you can become anxious and start counting your calories and go down that train. Eat as you normally would and forget about the weight. I know it sounds really easy, but it’s hard. You could also try cbt, i recomend reading Feeling Great by Dr David Burns.
