Relapse from stressors
Grief I'm willing to talk about, I'd wanted to know how you all handle ED relapses without treatment because cannot under certain situations, for me I'm house searching and I can't find anyone who can help house sit for long periods nor will my dad trust the person either to approve anyways, residential treatment center won't allow me to take care of bills, I can't afford to get evicted, and my mom died from suicide.
Attempted on the 10th, died from comfort only on the 24th January
Lag:also note:I have a lot of support groups online including 7cups listeners. Church related groups cause mental health groups are online based and no in person groups yet.
I have a therapist waiting to respond for a new schedule
Due to a miscommunication that I missed an appointment
I have one volunteer work thats easy to go to and not excessive to overwork.
