With the new diagnosis of IBS caused my ED and also current having to be perscribed lax I am feeling very triggered .I've also lost weight due to stopping drinking soda and theres just so much going on I'm struggling really hard rn

I know its tough when there is a lot going on and it can really feel like a permanent struggle and be easily triggered .
