Hello Everyone,

I am an Indian med student.

I used to be really fit and loved to workout. But everything came to a halt after the pandemic and my exam stress tookover. I have gained some weight and I absolutely hate looking at myself in the mirror because I look different. It has started to give me anxiety. I've become sluggish and under-motivated.

It's very hard. Because I don't want to hate myself.

@diligentCoconut9791 I can maybe understand some of what you are going through. I was fit and very skinny when I was maybe around 14-15 yo, but now 10 years later I have gotten fat (97). I am not restricting as much as I used to, but I still do it. I work out like crazy, (5-6 times a week) as much as I can to loose some weight, but it all feels so hopeless.

I hate myself being overweight. I just want to be fit again.

But mood friend, mood! ❤️
