An unhealthy relationship with food

Hey! The relationship between me and food has always been bad. I am always the overweight and it affects my mental health. I am thinking about food a lot and it doesn't seem normal. I don't know if I have a binge eating disorder or any form of disorder. But I catch myself eating more than I can. I get sick cause I ate too much sweets. I have a fatty liver and I am so scared that I am destroying my body. I have dancing class every week and I always feel so selfconcious cause I am the biggest girl and also the tallest. It makes me uncomfortable... I don't know what to do and how to stop myself from eating too much..

Hi there!
I am not a doctor and cannot diagnose you, but I can say I understand this problem.
You are not alone, and you should give yourself credit for coming here for support!
For this issue - I always always recommend the podcast - losing 100 pounds with Corrine + her free weightloss course (yes completely free online, no catch or tricks)
The book I recommend is Atomic Habits by James Clear
I also recommend keep coming here for support to talk through your challenge. Often we have the answer inside us but just need the space to explore it and process it - writing through an issue is the perfect way to do this, and 7cups provides a good platform for it.
Finally, go chat with your doctor. They may have some resources and ideas that can be useful and make a difference to your journey (if you haven't already)
Great work coming here and sharing! You are not alone, and you are worth the work of getting through this challenge.
