I'm violet, and im pretty young. 13-15 years old, but i have bed, and it sucks. sometimes im not even hungry, and i go and eat a ton of food, and then i feel disgusting after.

I have the same struggle sometimes I binge eat just out of boredom someone recommended hobbies to distract yourself but also listen to your cravings you deserve a sweet treat
