Binge eating, help :(
I've ate out of boredom for a longtime in my life, basically since I remember, for the past few months I've been unhappy with my body and recently I tried to do something about it, I tries to restrict calories (around [edited by Anomalia to remove calorie specifics] cal) but end up binging . I don't eat until after school (no time for breakfast and I don't like my lunch) when I get back home I eat my dinner and I end up binging after dinner even though I am not hungry, I honestly don't know what to do, it makes me feel worse about myself and makes me feel fatter than I already am, it makes me feel bad about myself. People comment on my body saying how I'm "goals" and have a great body, but I don't see it, my inner thighs have a lot of fat and my outer thigh is really muscley which I hate, and people keep saying that "thick/fat" legs (or bodies in general ) look hot etc. But when I say IDC what others think and That I'm doing it for myself no one listens
Sorry for this long 'rant' 💕

May I ask what is your height/weight? It's difficult to say what the problem is without knowing.
@CreedAngelus
I am [edited by Anomalia for weight specifics] kg and 149-150 cm

Ah... anorexic?
BMI system classifies that as underweight.
I'd like you to know that even if you do have an underweight BMI, your issues with binge eating are valid and so are your issues with restriction. Even though people compliment you and tell you your body is great, you don't believe it, and struggle with a negative self-image. It sounds like with all the time you spend not eating during the day (skipping breakfast and lunch), once you finally eat dinner, you're still hungry and need to binge to compensate for the hunger. You also mentioned restricting between [edited by Anomalia for calorie specifics] calories, and I'd like you to know this is not a healthy place to be restricting at. It's important to try to find a balance between your restricting and your binging.
For instance, do you think you could try to wake up early enough to prepare a healthy breakfast for yourself, or make your own lunch that you would like? You can do one or the other, or both, it doesn't matter and whatever step you take would be a healthy step away from both of these problematic behaviors. I wish you the best of luck with your eating. :)
