Bulimia --> Binge eating disorder

Hello :) My name is Lisa and I've been recovering from Bulimia for 7 months now. I thought I was completely healed but in fact, I now have BED. I have this disorder since I'm 9 or 10 years old and it's probably what started Bulimia.

I'm trying to get better and work on it but I've never thought I would have to deal with Bed. I wanted to know if someone had little tips to help me throught this.
