I have gained over 70 pounds in the last 3 years, I try to diet I try everything then my depression takes over and there I am AGAIN ❗️❗️ Buddy system to stop binge eating maybe instead of eating we can talk until food isn’t on our mind let’s all come together and come up with different ideas 🤞🏾WE GOT THIS
