Hello everyone. I am new to 7 cups, and it’s been 5 years of me being alive on only noodles, packaged chips, pasta and pizza. That’s my routine meal which is unhealthy ofc, and I binge eat that too. I can’t stop. Please help someone

Pizza is amazing and noodles were a big part of my childhood. My overeating started at a young age and I was never able to manage it till I was in college. Being aware of our destructive habits is very powerful but at times being aware is only the first step. I’m on another binge at the moment. I gained over 50lbs after losing 100lbs since college. It was slow and went into overdrive after switching to low-carb and adding exercise 4 year ago. I lost my mom 3 years ago and didn’t fully process it till a year ago and that’s when my binge started and with it came 50lbs of guilt. I have the guilt hanging over me right now and I also need help stopping. I hide pizza and cupcakes and cookies from my family. I buy fast food when no one is with me and park to eat it before throwing it away so my family doesn’t know. I do good for a few weeks and then fall back into it again. :( Being aware is powerful but how do we move past just being aware of it?
