I made it through my first week binge free. Then some stressful stuff happened so then I mad it through two weeks binge free. But for a week I have done nothing but eat none stop. I have lost control again. I have tried to get back on track and I have tried all the things that was working before. But now its like none of those things matter. I just want to eat. I just want relief from all the stress that I been going through. But binge eating makes me feel worse and I know that. But now I don't know how to stop. I cant even look at myself anymore because I have gained weight. I feel lost.

@BridgeyBear93 What you're going through can be very overwhelming dear. This process may take time and effort and it can be hard to adapt at first. Eating is an unhealthy coping mechanisms to use your free time or fill emotional gaps. What you can do is find activities that are more meaningful and creative than eating. In the meantime you'll also give yourself time to get used to this new habit. When you start losing weight you'll feel much more motivated to go on. It's not a failure dear. You didn't make it once but you can try again and you'll make it eventually. We're here for you. Don't lose hope. You'll make it! Thank you for sharing.
