Having a hard time

I am really struggling with bingeing recently....and I know I need to stop but it's like I am possessed and can't even control myself. I feel so alone. And the holiday season only makes it worse!!! 😔

Sorry to hear you're having a hard time, but at least you have the courage to talk about it. now that you're here, you might find people in some of the chat rooms who are going thru the same thing. You're not alone. Believe it or not, there are people who would love to talk to you, and even some who could use your help. You can get thru this.
