Help Needed! BED 😞

Don’t really know where to start, but talking about it will hopefully help. I have always had an obsession with food, but just put it down to no will power! I now recognise it’s way more complex. How do people begin to get over BED? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I hear you! I developed BED after a trauma in 2013. Since then I fight. I was winning but it's back full force again. Everyday I say I won't and for ANY reason I do. I think it's important to talk about it!

I need help too! I agree with your statement @HardworkingDay7403, I think it's a key part too, super important, to talk about it. Maybe we can help keep each other going? Checkin, in here and let each other know how it's going and our struggles?

Id Be up for that. I know I had been winning when I was in a online weight loss support group. It was small but so helpful for me! I was....again....looking to lose weight and it held me accountable. I do think it could help me again to have support and I can offer an ear!

@hardworkingDay7403
I would be happy to support you! I haven't really done an accountability type thing before, so please bear with me :) I am for sure, game for this though, too!

My goal is no more eating for the day today, I stopped after dinner at 6pm today (it's 7:00pm here)

Baby steps for me.
