I can

At the beginning of quarantine, I decided that I would use the time stuck at home to get healthy and to treat my body right. I started working out almost every day and started eating mostly plant-based and vegan although I was not on a specific diet, just eating healthy foods. I was eating probably about 1200 calories a day, sometimes probably a little less sometimes a little more, but was under 1500 every day. I'm not really sure when I started to binge eat, but it has probably been at least a month or two at this point. It always starts with eating one thing like a piece of chocolate or something and then I want more and more and more. Then I will continue to eat until my stomach hurts so bad that all I can do is lay down and barely move. I have attempted purging a few times but most of the time I just lay there in pain from being so full. It makes me feel so gross and guilty and I'm gaining back all the weight that I had worked so hard to lose. I don't know what to do.

@Dolphin1728

The anxiety, the boredom and all the things related to quarentine makes it easier for many people to binge eat or drink too much... so you are not the only one, as the previous comment said maybe trying to find a balance. If you try to go from binge eating to eating too little, only thinking about it will make you more anxious and eat more.

I wish you the best
